Returns & Replacements

14-Day Return Policy: (Same As Our Satisfation Guarantee Policy)

1) Management must authorize all returns. Contact LiBoutique.com for an authorization number before shipping back any merchandise.

2) Returns are permitted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Subsequently, all sales are final. All Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges are not refundable under any circumstances for any reason. LiBoutique.com reserves the right to charge a minimum 10% re-stocking fee on all returns And Cancellations. (This does not mean we will charge you, it only applies in rare cases)

a) All returns must include original factory box, original factory packaging (foam plastic wrappings, etc.) blank unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. LiBoutique.com will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original selling condition.

b) All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean unopened condition. Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted.

c) All returns must include ALL factory accessories sold with said item. No returns will be accepted if any packed accessories are missing.

d) All returns must be authorized by LiBoutique.com. Contact us for an authorization number and instructions prior to shipping any goods back. With your return, enclose the original receipt or a copy of it. Include the authorization number on the outside of the shipping box (on the shipping label).

3) Your receipt is good for all manufacturers’ warranties (when applicable).

4) Your receipt will be necessary for any future warranty or insurance claims you may need to make. Please keep it in a safe place. WE CANNOT ISSUE DUPLICATE RECEIPTS.

5) Repairs on defective merchandise are handled by the manufacturer and not by us, unless otherwise indicated on the receipt.

6) If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, contact our customer service department . Keep all original packaging with the item.

7) LiBoutique.com reserve the right to limit quantities.

9) LiBoutique.com are not responsible for typographical errors.

10) Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 14 days of the sale date and issue a full refund. All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product. 

11) Liboutique does not compensate you for the shipping charge for returning the item. In the rare cases that Liboutique does pay for shipping LiBoutique reserves the right to compensate up to $4.50.
